Carrot, Radish & Gram Flour Loaf


300 grams raw carrots

70 grams radishes

4 cloves garlic

1 tbsp Bouillon stock

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

150 grams gram flour


2 eggs

Sprinkle of pumpkin seeds for top


Blitz the carrots in a food processor, then add the radishes and garlic. Transfer to a large bowl and mix in the stock, nutritional yeast and season well. Add the flour and then the eggs.  Transfer to a lined loaf tin and sprinkle on the pumpkin seeds.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for approx 30 mins. Slide in a knife and see if it comes out clean. If not leave in the oven for few minutes more. Enjoy with lashings of butter….
