I am a complementary therapist and nutritionist based in around Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and London. I work in mainstream services, corporate and with individual clients as well as specialised areas like substance misuse, mental health and older adults mental health. I began writing about my subject matters for Practice Management Magazine three years ago and have kept up writing on a smaller scale until now. I am also teaching the subject of massage at a local Oxfordshire college.
