meI first qualified as a massage therapist in 1999, then moving into sports and remedial massage in 2002.  I began then working and providing companies with on-site massage.

I began my career as a massage therapist in Selfridges (London) and have over the years worked in many different environments, such as Holmes Place Health Club at Reaqua Spa, Farmacia Urban Healing in Covent Garden and other workplaces like office environments. I also worked at the Stock Exchange! I found that I had developed many fields of interests in my work.

I have been very privileged to be given the chance to work with clients who have severe learning disabilities, in particular, those with cerebral palsy and autism. This work has given me great insights and experience and has led me to work in this field on a permanent basis.  I have also spent a few years working with people with drug and alcohol issues.  I have been working with addictions, smoking cessation and stress management.

I went on to study reflexology in 2009, which is a wonderful therapy that works on the feet, the area of the body where the meridians end. It is an old Chinese therapy that helps to rebalance and boost immunity.

Nutrition is the latest health subject I have studied since 2012.  I have been able to assist with clients health concerns by giving nutritional advice and listening to what their concerns are when it comes to eating the right foods and taking supplements. The latest study I have completed is nutritional therapy.  This enables me to assist with ailments that can be helped with food.

I am now available to offer some of my therapies at The Skin Shed in Cholsey.

We sometimes neglect ourselves and need some time to regain ourselves.  This is what I do; my approach is to be kind to yourself and listen to your body.
